Markez® Z1205: Black 75 durometer general purpose FFKM, broad range chemical resistance, 230°C (446°F) max operating temp.  Low cost especially on large sizes, available in standard size AS568 O-rings, sheets, and gaskets. Custom parts tooling required.  Consider Markez® Z1210 for use with Nitric Acids.  Compares to Chemraz® 505 and Kalrez® 6375 in some applications.

Markez® Z1204: Black 75 durometer general purpose FFKM, broad range chemical resistance, 230°C (446°F) max operating temp.  Available in standard size AS568 O-rings, sheets, and gaskets. Custom parts tooling required.  Developed for the food handling and life science industries. Compares to Chemraz® 505 and Kalrez® 6375 in some applications.

Markez® Z1028: Black 75 Durometer general purpose FFKM, broad range chemical resistance, Steam resistant, acid resistant with a maximum operating temperature of 300°C (572°F) and free tooling for most sizes of custom O-rings, X-Rings and Washers. Our most popular material, most small sizes in stock for delivery. Compares to Chemraz® 615, Chemraz® 653, Kalrez® 6375, Kalrez® 4079, and Kalrez® 7075.

Markez® Z1213: Black 75 durometer FFKM developed for high temperature applications. Excellent chemical resistance and low compression set in a wide range of environments including steam.  Highest FFKM temperature resistance operating temp of 320°C (608°F).  Available in standard size AS568 O-rings, sheets, and gaskets.  For custom O-rings, X-rings and Washers consider Markez® Z1030.  Compares to Kalrez® 7075 and Chemraz® 555.

Markez® Z1206: White 75 durometer FFKM USP Class VI approved with operating temperature of 230°C (446°F).  Great for Pharmaceutical and industries with sensitivity to carbon and metallic contaminants. Has a wide chemical resistance, it can also be use in any CPI and Oil Industry applications. Standard size O-rings in stock for immediate delivery. Compares to Kalrez® 8085, Kalrez® 8575, Chemraz® 513, and Chemraz® 517.

Markez® Z1029: White 75 durometer general purpose FFKM for highly oxidizing environments or and industries with sensitivity to carbon and metallic contaminants. 300°C (572°F) maximum recommended operating temperature.  Available in any size O-ring with no tooling charge. Compares to Kalrez® 8575 and Kalrez® 8085.

Markez® Z1214: Pure Clear 75 durometer FFKM developed for high purity low outgassing applications where metallic contamination is not acceptable. Great for highly saturated steam, chromatography, laser, high purity fluid transfer, and other clean applications with max operating temp of 280°C (536°F). Generally available in standard O-ring sizes. For custom size parts consider Markez® Z1407 for free tooling on most parts.  65 durometer version Markez® Z1209.

Markez® Z1033: Black 90 durometer general purpose FFKM. Good in high pressure and Steam environments up to 230°C (446°F) like off shore drilling pressure vessels, CPI, and HPI.  Available in all standard and non standard sizes, no tooling charged for custom size O-rings, X-rings and Washers. Compares to Kalrez® 3018 and Chemraz® 510.

Markez® Z1312: Black 95 Durometer FFKM for extreme high pressure applications exceeding 3000 psi and explosive decompression up to 260°C (500°F) where standard O-rings other compounds fail.  Compares to Chemraz® 526.
